It has to come forward and play a pro-active role in improving the quality of life.
Now the question arises as from where will the resources come. One, all transactions will carry flat 10% transaction charge. Two, unwarranted imports be restricted to the minimum with heavy duties. The entire ploughable land be distributed amongst the resident of the village, together with such land holdings individual stake holders, be clubbed to form a co-operative farming society with shared participatory rights. Farming should be mechanised and spared manual work hours should be utilised in horticultural, floricultural orchard development, animal husbandry, fishery and other rural based economic activities.
For graduating, all enrolled candidates be made to work on a stipend for a year to serve national service corp – which will be entrusted with live rural projects for granting a better life to rural folks.
