THE Govts. are bound by the constitution of India in our country and the ministers take oath at the time of induction into the cabinet ,still they are together in a collectively way making the sanctimonious governing bible -THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA bite the dust by failing to uphold the rule of law in matters of workers and employees .Can the PRIME -MINISTER CITE EVEN ONE LABOUR LAW WHICH IS BEING IMPLEMENTED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY ,IN EVERY STATE ,DISTRICT TEHSIL OR VILLAGE .NO HE CANNOT .CAN THE PRESIDENT OF THE LARGEST CONSTITUENT OF THE RULING COALITION GOVT AT THE CENRE QUOTE/NAME ANY ONE DISTRICT WHERE ALL LABOUR LAWS ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED NO SHE TOO CANN,T. A MATTER OF SHAME AND DISGUST OR PITIABLE PRIDE .
