Jan Lok-Pal ( Ombudsman) And Corruption

Hype has a life-cycle ,it seems this fight against corruption will also fizzle out with time for want of leadership with a vision to build up the movement in a phased manner for a prolonged battle .Corruption we all know has taken cancerous proportions and a campaign looking for quick fix solutions is nothing more than an attempt to cure malignancy by administering analgesic of JAN LOK-PAL BILL.The biggest folly in any war is to under estimate the enemy forces and here even the identification of the opponent is totally wrong. It's not the politicians, the executive, the media or the judiciary but we the people of this great land of 1.20 billion devis and devtas. So ,the fight must be directed towards self which of course is a tough thing ,we have corruption because we want it ,it will end the day we discard/reject it in totality. How insane it is : to get our things done or to get out of a law trap we are too very keen to pay out and soon come out and raise the hell - CORRUPTION .No law howsoever stringent could rescue us unless we upturn the whole social mental set up ,the other option may not be liked by many amongst us :REVOLUTION.The choice is before us - what is needed is the courage ,which we lack -sorry.Spontaneous response of the people could be deceiving by design or deficit.
