THE HOW AND WHY OF POLITICS
The recent jolt to the global capitalist system in 2008 has made the follower of this exploitative mechanism more aggressive , be it in the name of war on terror or for defense of democratic values - all and all attack is there against forces friendly to the masses and defending their sovereignty against formation of new alliances to shift the burden of economic meltdown and cropped up threat of collapse of ,so triumphantly propagated new economic order - old wine in a fresh seductive bottle.Left in India continue to uphold and lead struggles for the justified rights of the toiling millions and their action of with drawing support from a minority UPA 1 GOVT. on the issue of surrender of national interests before the imperialist American design of roping us through civil nuclear deal ,has not only wounded the centrist Congress but have caused much more pain to their masters.So, at the behest of U.S. the whole machinery is out and out to oust left - in particular CPM from the power in up- coming state elections - the people of Bengal and Kerela are no fools they have learn t it a hard way , through years and years of experience by way of struggles - to differentiate between a friend and the enemy.Soon Mao - mata ,Raj-mata and the World - Bank stooge will meet their Waterloo.

Too much waters n blood have flown down Indus n Jhelum to now turn back the pages of history and restore what was then.It will be wise on part of all to take into account the existing ground realities and learn to live with adjustments - must for peace and progress.

Why we are what we are :damn too corrupt,is quite ease to be understood - we want Bhagat Singh,Rajguru and Sukhdev kind born to others but for our own family Sharukh , Mukesh or Madhuri as children.
ON 6 % RISE IN D. A. : Sincere desire to feel good but then ,what of rest of the countrymen beyond Govt. employees/pensioners - struggling day in and day out just to meet the two ends : month after month.Is the economist P.M. abandoning all other section of the society for the sake of keeping failed machinery oiled.Will it further widen the divide and prove counter productive .
Quite true , the two most affectionate people in a man's life - rather three ,still better : lets make it four and u can go on increasing the numbers.However it comes down to just two - mother and wife ,when people affecting and getting affected is considered.So ,it's rope tight walking - slightest trip n down u go ;but for that one ...needs balancing.the man is put into a difficult,complex and a fast changing situation.To handle it you need not to have masters at jugglery sort of qualification from a premier institute.What is required is little common sense which is so uncommon.Managing relationships is as such never been that complicated as it has been made out to be :some time your wife will act like a child and the other time it will be your mother, other time they both in turn or simultaneously behave like a parent.You have to always act like an adult and further ensure that the two warring parties due their own clash of interests are brought in line of an adult to adult interaction - which is symbiotic and can out live every inimical tendencies.Being on toes to scratch each others back as and when required and to remain open to others point of view so as appreciate it without tags.

Digital Currency
In a blog ,titled ; An Open Letter To Nandan Nilekeni,a new concept of DIGITAL CURRENCY was suggested.Here an attempt is being made to expand the idea.
The model is based on virtual money taking over the existing financial system and replacing the paper and plastic currency ,in circulation at the moment.It has a tremendous advantage over the existing money as it could create transparency in all transactions and hence could eliminate corruption which is now effecting all spheres of every day life of people in India and most of the nations on this part of the globe.
The flow chart of this new economic activity is as under ;-
CENTRAL FINANCE GRID ---> STATE FINANCE GRID --->DISTRICT FINANCE CONTROLLER,this controller at district level will have three arms under its control viz:PERSONAL,BUSINESS AND GOVT. the govt. one will be having two categories:STATE AND CENTRAL.The district finance controller will be a Nationalized Nodal Bank,under whose watch full eyes all transactions will take place.
The device employed for monetary transactions will be a mobile phone instrument with some added features and soft-wares.At every level there has to be a fool-proof security code which must be dynamic by nature so that after every transaction it automatically gets locked.
Every time a transaction is done,it will attract, flat 5% as exchange charges of which 1/2 % will go to the Nodal Bank and another 1/2% will be credited to the Operative Bank.This way we can totally do away with the tax regime and at the same time the exchange charges so collected will swell the state and central coffers, at the same time the new finance regime will eliminate tax evasion.CORRUPTION WILL THUS MEET IT'S OWN END.
International trade,Imports and Exports will be routed through Central Finance Grid and activities of money laundering and manipulation of import and export bills will become impossible.People with billions stacked away in foreign Banks will have just one option to bring back the black money or leave,there by get exposed to be tried and punished.
The necessary technology is there ,it needs some,rather quite a lot of guts to take the bull by its horns.TILL SUCH TIME ;-
